My first ripe tomato!!! Man was it delicious, I have several more turning, so excited about fresh tomatoes.  

Oven dried tomatoes! YUMMY but what does that have to do with thyme?

If you take a big can of whole San Marzano tomatoes, deseed them and lay them flat of a cookie sheet then sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme, and chopped garlic and then drizzle with a little EVOO, roast on low (200 degrees) for about an hour you will be thinking THYME!
